Order Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time for delivery is 5-8 business days.

Shipping Cut-off Time

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

DREAM CLOUD BOUTIQUE LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
