Refund policy

At DREAM CLOUD BOUTIQUE LLC, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and simple return process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it—new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@dreamcloudboutique.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. You’ll be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
