How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties or taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Email info@dreamcloudboutique.com to start a return and receive instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We do not charge restocking fees.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days; your bank may take additional time to post it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
